Your privacy is paramount to us, for this reason, we ship your order as fast and discrete as possible. The seeds will be sent in while envelopes without any signs that could give away what’s inside. After receiving your payment, we ship within 24 hours on working days.
While we strive to ensure your order is delivered in a timely manner, the customer and/or recipients are responsible for supplying full and correct delivery details at the time of purchase. Should inaccurate details be provided, City Seeds Bank B.V. cannot be held responsible for any resulting incorrect delivery, delays, non-delivery or charges howsoever incurred.
City Seeds Bank b.v. cannot be held responsible for the loss of packages by postal services used by us. There is always a small chance of loss; please take this into account when placing your order.
We only ship to countries where it is legal to buy, sell and own cannabis seeds. Please be aware that germination is illegal in some countries, therefore, it is advisable to check the laws before ordering cannabis seeds with us.
Our products are solely for used for collection purposes or own use. When we are suspecting the intention of illegal use of our products, we will refuse your purchase. We sell exclusively for own use; purchases for large-scale or professional cultivation will be refused. We have a maximum amount of seeds per customer.

Delivery within Europe normally takes place within 1-10 working days; worldwide delivery can take up to 30 working days.
As per stated in our Terms & Conditions, liability is transferred to the customers/recipient once an order leaves our warehouse. Should your parcel be stopped by customs because of its contents, City Seeds Bank B.V. cannot be held liable.
