If your package is damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order so we can help resolve the issue quickly. While we do not offer returns or refunds based on germination results — as growing conditions are beyond our control — we always take care of genuine product or shipping concerns.

All products need to be returned unopened and undamaged in their original, sealed wrapping.
Only when the items have been safely received and inspected will a refund be made. Original delivery costs and import duties are non-refundable.
